INSURANCE

The Conference Organising Committee, or its agents, will not be responsible for any medical expenses, loss, damages or accidents during the Event. We would in particular draw your attention to the cancellation policy in respect of registration fees and accommodation. In the event that, for whatever reason, the Conference has to be cancelled or postponed, the Organising Committee, and/or its agents, will be responsible only for refund of monies received. We recommend that delegates insure themselves for medical and cancellation charges.

VISAS AND PASSPORTS

All nationalities visiting Ireland require valid passports. Visas are not currently required of EU nationals, EFTA nationals, or USA, Canadian or Australian nationals. Information on nationalities requiring a visa may be obtained from any Irish Embassy or Consulate or Irish Tourist Office and online HERE.

Please note that it can take 6 to 8 weeks to process a Visa Application and early application is recommended. Please also note that the Irish Organising Committee, or its agents, cannot accept any responsibility in connection with Visa Applications and the normal cancellation policy, for registration fees and hotel deposits, will apply in the event that a delegate is unable to attend the convention due to late submission of their visa application and/or rejection of same.
